EXHIBITOR

We are currently accepting applications.

When submitting an application, please note that the form is fillable. Simply type in the required information, save it to your computer and attach the completed application form to your email. You do not need to submit payment information when first submitting your application for approval. Simply fill out your information and leave the payment section blank until approved.

If you are applying by mail, please email the Exhibitor Manager before your application has been sent in the mail.

Be sure to complete both pages of the exhibitor application form including your signature on the bottom of the second page prior to submission. We cannot accept photos of your form.

Exhibitor Booth: includes (1) 10’ x 8’ booth with 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor passes.

CORNERS AND END CAPS are SOLD OUT and being waitlisted. Email the Exhibitor Manager if you would like to be put on the Waitlist for either of these.

Please note, exhibitor & artist alley booth costs do not include power, Wi-Fi or additional equipment rentals. By submitting an Exhibitor Application Form, you agree to abide by Capital City Comic Con’s Code of Conduct, Exhibitor Terms and Weapons Policy.


ARTIST ALLEY

Artist Alley is currently SOLD OUT and we are adding to a waitlist.

*To be considered for Artist Alley, you must be a comic creator, artist, illustrator or author. Artist Alley booths must consist of mainly paper and 2D goods. Everything offered for sale must be the work of the creator at the table.

End Caps & Corner Booths:

Please note, end caps are available for 2 or more booths only. Corners are for single booths. Exhibitor booth corners come with an additional 6’ skirted table if required. Artist Alley booth corners come with an extra 4' skirted table if required.


Approval Process:

Submission of an Exhibitor Application Form does not guarantee placement at Capital City Comic Con. Our Exhibitor Manager will be in contact with you once your submission has been reviewed to advise if your application has been approved.

Community Booths:

Due to limited availability, community booths and booth exchanges are approved on a case by case basis. Please email exhibitor@capitalcitycomiccon.ca to be placed on a wait-list.


About the Convention:

Capital City Comic Con is a non-profit convention, who's partners are Destination Greater Victoria, Downtown Victoria Business Association and The National Toy Museum of Canada run by Cherry Bomb Toys. The convention is spread over two iconic buildings in the heart of downtown Victoria, B.C. - the Victoria Conference Centre and historic Crystal Garden right across the street. Two unique spaces and a great convention to promote your business and brand.
