Interested in becoming an exhibitor at Capital City Comic Con in 2019?

2018 unleashed its very first Capital City Comic Con in Victoria, B.C.!  We had a fantastic first convention and we are looking forward to doing it again on March 22-24, 2019!

The convention is spread over two iconic buildings in the heart of downtown Victoria, B.C. - the Victoria Conference Centre and historic Crystal Garden across the street.

Check out the CCCC 2019 Exhibitor Application Form for booth costs and additional information. Please note, end caps (available for 2 or more booths only) and corners (for single booths) come with an additional 6’ skirted table if required.

Booth Inclusions:

EXHIBITOR BOOTH SOLD OUT - We are currently accepting a Wait List. Please email exhibitor@capitalcitycomiccon.ca if you want to be placed on the waitlist.

Exhibitor Booth: includes (1) 10’ x 8’ booth with 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor passes.

Please note, exhibitor & artist alley booth costs do not include power, Wi-Fi or additional equipment rentals.

ARTIST ALLEY SOLD OUT - We are currently accepting a Wait List. Please email exhibitor@capitalcitycomiccon.ca if you want to be placed on the waitlist.

Artist Alley Booth: includes (1) 8’ x 6’ booth with 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor passes

*To be considered for Artist Alley, you must be a comic creator, artist, illustrator or author. Artist Alley booths must consist of mainly paper and 2D goods. Everything offered for sale must be the work of the creator at the table.

End Caps & Corner Booths:

*Artist Alley End Caps and Corners SOLD OUT.

Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee end cap and corner requests. If we are unable to fulfill your request to add an end cap or corner to your booth, you will be advised by email and the additional end cap or corner “add-on” fee will be removed from your application.

Application Submissions:

By submitting an Exhibitor Application Form, you agree to abide by Capital City Comic Con’s Code of Conduct, Exhibitor Terms and Weapons Policy.

Please be sure to complete both pages of the exhibitor application form including your signature on the bottom of the second page prior to submission. We cannot accept photos of your form.

Approval Process:

Submission of an Exhibitor Application Form does not guarantee placement at Capital City Comic Con. Our Exhibitor Manager will be in contact with you once your submission has been reviewed to advise if your application has been approved.

Community Booths:

Due to limited availability, community booths and booth exchanges are approved on a case by case basis. Please email exhibitor@capitalcitycomiccon.ca to be placed on a wait-list.
